Triprise Private Limited
Effective Date: 10 August 2026
Last Updated: 10 August 2026
This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, amendments, and no-shows are handled for bookings made through Triprise Private Limited (“Triprise”).
All cancellations and amendments are subject to the policies of the relevant airline, hotel, homestay, farm stay, tour operator, or other service provider.
1. General Cancellation Terms
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility vary by service, supplier, fare type, rate plan, season, and time of cancellation.
Some bookings may be cancelled free of charge within a specified period.
Some bookings may attract partial cancellation charges.
Some bookings may be completely non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through Triprise’s designated support channel or through the platform used to make the booking.
A cancellation is considered valid only after Triprise or the supplier confirms it in writing or issues a cancellation reference.
2. Flight Cancellations
Flight cancellations are governed by the airline’s fare rules and conditions of carriage.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
If a customer cancels a flight booking:
Cancellation charges depend on the airline, fare type, route, cabin class, and time remaining before departure.
Some tickets may be non-refundable.
Date changes, name corrections, and route changes may be treated as amendments and may attract airline charges and fare differences.
No-show passengers may not be eligible for any refund.
Airline-Initiated Cancellation
If the airline cancels or reschedules a flight:
Triprise will assist the customer in seeking an airline refund, rebooking, or alternative arrangement, subject to airline policy.
Refund eligibility and amount are determined by the airline.
Triprise is not responsible for airline decisions, schedule disruptions, or compensation offered by the airline.
BSP Settlement Requirement
For flight tickets issued in India, customers should report any discrepancy in passenger name, travel date, sector, fare, or taxes before 00:00 IST on the same calendar day of ticket issuance.
After BSP settlement, corrections, cancellations, or refunds may be restricted and will be governed by airline and BSP rules.
3. Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellation rules depend on the property and the selected rate plan.
Free-cancellation bookings must be cancelled before the deadline stated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellations after the free-cancellation deadline may attract one or more nights’ charges or the full booking amount.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Early check-out or shortened stays may not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to check in without prior cancellation may be treated as a no-show.
4. Homestay and Farm Stay Cancellations
Cancellation terms for homestays and farm stays are set by the individual host or property owner.
Cancellation deadlines and charges may differ from standard hotel policies.
Seasonal, festival, long-stay, or group bookings may have stricter cancellation conditions.
Security deposits, where collected, may be retained for damage, unpaid charges, or policy violations.
Guests must follow host instructions and property rules during their stay.
5. Amendment Requests
Amendments include changes to travel dates, passenger or guest names, room types, destinations, or other booking details.
Amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval.
Airlines, hotels, and other suppliers may charge amendment fees, fare differences, rate differences, or taxes.
Some bookings cannot be amended after confirmation.
Name corrections on flight tickets may be restricted and may require airline approval.
Triprise may charge an administrative fee for processing amendments, where applicable.
6. No-show Policy
A no-show occurs when a customer fails to use a booked service without cancelling it in advance.
No-shows may result in full or partial forfeiture of the booking amount.
No refund entitlement arises for no-show bookings unless the supplier expressly permits otherwise.
For flights, no-show may also result in cancellation of connecting or return sectors, depending on airline rules.
7. Force Majeure Cancellations
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, political unrest, war, or other events beyond reasonable control:
Cancellation and refund terms will follow the supplier’s force majeure policy.
Triprise will assist in communicating with the supplier and processing eligible refunds.
Triprise is not liable for losses, delays, or non-refundable amounts caused by force majeure events.
